Sales Account Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Account Manager to join our Sales team.In this role, you will be responsible for converting real estate opportunities into successful transactions by engaging with leads, investors, and clients, presenting projects, and guiding prospects throughout the sales journey. Key Responsibilities
Present and sell real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors.
Manage and follow up with leads throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to closing.
Understand client requirements, investment objectives, and purchasing preferences to recommend suitable opportunities.
Conduct project presentations, property viewings, and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and brokers.
Actively source and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and the Evolutions broker network.
Stay up to date on project details, pricing, payment plans, availability, market trends, and competing developments.
Maintain accurate and timely updates on leads, follow-ups, and transactions through the company's CRM systems.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from enquiry through to transaction and post-sale support.
Consistently work towards individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, business development, or a related sales role.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan sales.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
Confident in conducting property presentations and client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
Good understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
RERA certification.
