Safety Officer - Dubai

Majan Printing and Packaging, a leading name in the Printing & Packaging industry, is currently hiring an experienced Safety Officer to join their operations in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment across all departments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring first aid preparedness across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and enforce safety regulations and procedures across the facility
• Conduct routine safety audits and inspections to ensure workplace compliance
• Manage incident investigations and create preventive action plans
• Deliver safety training and emergency response drills to employees
• Maintain updated documentation and reports in line with safety standards
• Ensure proper functioning of first aid systems and supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety and First Aid within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative during emergencies
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and in fast-paced production settings
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
