Welcoming guests to the venue
Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures
Manage the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant
Handle day to day management activities
Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects)
Supervise opening and closing duties
Handle customer complaints in a professional fair manner
Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies
Greet customers upon their departure To be a successful Restaurant Manager you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven 3 Years work experience as Floor Manager/Supervisor in a high-end restaurant or hotel
Excellent Knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage
Understanding of restaurant etiquette
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Ability to demonstrate delegation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area * Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
Excellent communication skills
Skilled at multitasking
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism
