Relationship Manager Required in Dubai

DECA PROPERTIES is hiring dynamic Relationship Managers to join our growing real estate sales team. We are seeking experienced professionals currently active in the UAE real estate market with a strong background working directly with developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners.

Promote DECA PROPERTIES' projects to brokers, agencies, and potential clients.

Generate sales leads through an active agency network.

Conduct project presentations and provide accurate information on available inventory, pricing, and payment plans.

Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to support deal closures.

Maintain regular follow-ups with agency partners to drive consistent sales performance.

Represent the company professionally at meetings, launches, events, and broker briefings.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of recent experience working with a real estate developer.

Currently active in the UAE real estate market.

Strong existing agency network.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.

Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Because this role serves our international client base, fluency in Russian, Chinese, or French in addition to English is required to communicate effectively with clients in these markets.
