Job Title: Registered Nurse (Doctor on Call/Home Nursing)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Provide doctor on-call consultations and home nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
• Assess patients' health status, develop care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients' condition and response to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Dubai Health Authority.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in providing doctor on-call services and home nursing care.
• Preferred Tagalog speakers.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Management and coordination experience is a plus.
