Golden Bricks Dubai is looking for a highly connected and target-driven Recruitment Specialist experienced in hiring commission-only real estate sales agents.Responsibilities
Source, screen, interview, and onboard commission-only property consultants.
Use personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and WhatsApp groups to maximize outreach.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Achieve monthly hiring and retention targets.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE real estate.
Proven experience hiring commission-only real estate agents.
Strong network of property consultants and brokers across the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-driven and capable of managing multiple vacancies.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms, social sourcing, and ATS tools.
