Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at moCal. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for facilitating the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate candidate records and contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

Experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with scheduling software and calendar integration is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
