Our organization is looking for an organized,Office Assistant Receptionist. In this position, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring. You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, etc
Office Assistant Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer phones and take messages
• Respond to emails
• Manage mail correspondence
• Greet clients and visitors
• Assist with invoicing
• Perform data entry and filing tasks
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and word are preferred.
Language: Fluent in reading and writing English is a must.
