Real Estate Sales Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Russian-Speaking Sales Manager to join our growing Dubai real estate team.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the Dubai real estate market, with experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market transactions.We are looking for a proven sales professional who can not only close high-value transactions but also lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate consultants.
Drive sales across Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
Handle and develop relationships with Russian-speaking investors and HNW clients.
Support the team with negotiations, client management, and deal closures.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants.
Monitor individual and team performance and implement strategies to improve conversion.
Stay updated on Dubai's property market, developers, launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and referral partners.
Work closely with management and marketing teams to maximise lead conversion.

Requirements:
3+ years of Dubai real estate experience.
Proven experience in Off-Plan and Secondary Market.
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, Senior Property Consultant, or similar leadership position.
Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
Strong exposure to Strategy and Operations
Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and major developers.
Proven sales track record with the ability to consistently achieve targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team-management skills.
UAE real estate experience is essential.

Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000In addition to the fixed salary:
