Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.

- The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with brokerage and customer service of real estate for sales and rentals of property.
-They will build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate deals, complete sales/rental transactions, and assist clients with the management, purchase, rental, lease, or sale of properties.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and sales strategies for business growth
- Stay updated on market trends and regulations.

Qualifications:
- UAE Driving License is a must.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of local real property laws and regulations
• Professional certification or license in real estate is a plus
