For Freshers:

If you have a valid DUBAI DRIVING LICENSE & OWN CAR you are eligible.

Salary for the 1st 3 months 2,000/- AED + 25% Commission on deals you crack.

Post 3 month's flat 50% Commission & NO SALARY.

Experienced:

Min 2-3 years Work experience in Dubai Real Estate.

Must have RERA ID & a Valid Dubai Driving License with Own Car.

Commission can be discussed based on your work profile & experience.

Responsibilities:

Client Management.

Prospecting for potential new clients.

Following company procedures.

Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms for new and old developments.

Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

Maintain relationships with Developers.

Maintain and expand relationships.

Keep up to date with the market including new developments and changes in regulations.

Act as an intermediary between Developers and Purchaser.
