Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to real estate, including customer service, sales, and managing real property.

Stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and market conditions in Dubai.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Provide expert advice on real estate investment opportunities, market conditions, and property valuations.
Prepare and present compelling property listings to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Skillfully negotiate and finalize property transactions, securing the best possible outcomes for clients.
Work collaboratively with team members and departments to enhance overall client satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions in Dubai.
Effectively utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage client relationships and property listings.
Actively participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in the dynamic real estate industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent/Consultant in the Dubai market.
Deep understanding of the local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
