Real Estate Administrative Assistant Required in Dubai
Unique Zone Real Estate is looking for a Female Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Candidates should be available immediately.
Full Job Description :
To Manage day-to-day requirements of property & provide administrative support
Answering phone calls and transferring them to particular agent/employee and taking messages if required,
Familiar with property portal listings (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle etc.) and extracting leads from all portals, and assigning them to agents.
Proficient with computer use, emails, letters, invoices, receipts, etc.
File and update contact information of employees.
Attention to detail, work error-free
Be proactive and adaptable to new tasks
Making sure the reception is never left unattended and make sure there is someone to attend the calls at all times.
Responsible for Daily Leads Report entered by the Operator,
Responsible for receiving the transaction documents from the Sales Agent and forwarding them to the Accountant,
Entering leads on paper and then updating on the CRM,
Preparing daily Leads Report and updating on CRM,
Updating Property portals,
Listing units for the agents on CRM,
Restoring draft units for the agents,
Checking the quality of listings on CRM,
Preparing Tenancy contracts for agents when required.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
She should have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in UAE Real Estate
She should have Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and face to face.
She should have strong administrative and organization skills.
She should be physically based in UAE at the moment
Salary: Based on Experience
