Job Opportunity: Experienced Quantity Surveyor (Tendering Department)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Joining date: Immediate joining preferred.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Tendering Department in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tendering, cost estimation, and project coordination within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proven experience in quantity estimation for buildings, commercial and private villa’s
• Prepare, analyze, and evaluate tender documents and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and tendering. (Abu Dhabi region)
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Quantity Surveying.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, costs, and methods.
• Excellent proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS office, planswift, etc.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
• Education: Bachelor's
• Experience: Quantity surveying: 5 years
• Language: Arabic (Preferred)
