Maylaa International Trading LLC is currently seeking experienced professionals for the above positions to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsible individuals to support our expanding operations across retail and trading.
Procurement_Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
• Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience in retail or trading industry is a plus.
Inventory_Controller
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory across outlets and warehouses.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile system vs. physical counts.
• Analyze inventory data and flag discrepancies or stock issues.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Generate accurate inventory reports for management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse control.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good command of inventory software or ERP systems.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
