Private Client Manager Required in Dubai

The job role includes, but is not limited to, providing personal support organising and managing private and professional requests, itineraries, experiences and agenda management on behalf of our clients, to ensure that Place Concierge crafts exceptional travel and lifestyle experiences.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

OPERATIONS

Create exceptional experiences, tailored to meet our clients’ needs
Produce a personalised itinerary and share with our clients any other relevant briefing materials in advance of any meeting or trip
Coordinate reservations at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and other entertainment and lifestyle venues
Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules
Liaise with points of contact, , suppliers, domestic and office staff
Arrange tickets, bookings, appointments, and reservations
Plan, organise and oversee events such as team meetings and retreats, industry events and conferences
Responsible for diary management and coordination of meetings and calls, often facilitating clients in various different time zones, and ever-changing diaries
Coordinate business travel, including arranging visas, travel, accommodation and restaurants, entertainment as required.
Carry out site inspections in hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues etc, ensuring they align with the Place Concierge brand
Provide operational support to the team
Anticipate client’s needs and expectations, challenges and seamlessly provide support and solutions
Involvement in various ad-hoc projects as and when required.

MARKETING

Represent the business at trade and networking events
Develop and execute the marketing strategy
Provide weekly reporting as per job specification and Key Performance Indicators
Acquire a detailed understanding of all products and services available to clients.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Demonstrates confidence when answering any enquiries and explains the services available, whilst maintaining discretion
Meet potential clients and demonstrate knowledge with respect to the services available
Maintain a diary of our client’s special occasions and arrange for delivery of gifts to ensure Place Concierge remains front and centre in our clients’ minds
Ability to up-sell and cross-sell in an appropriate manner
Provide support with payments and finance
Adhere to Company Standard Operating Procedures, updating or creating new procedures when required
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hotels, restaurants, venues, private jet companies and yacht companies

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a professional manner
Communicate directly with our clients in person or by telephone
· Promptly respond to all requests within agreed turnaround times

Adapt an etiquette of strictest confidentiality at all times.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

At least five years of experience in an Executive Assistant role in a Family Office, as Senior Concierge in a 5 star hotel or another similar role

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in secretarial studies, business, administration, management or similar

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Flexible to travel at short notice
Available to work additional/out of hours as and when required, so as to meet our clients’ needs

LANGUAGE

Excellent English, Arabic or another European Language an advantage
