PMO for Bahrain - Manama

VAM Systems is currently looking for PMO for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP or equivalent qualification
Experience in PM governance

Responsibility
• Continuous review and analysis of project execution data and the subsequent reporting, escalation and triage of control breaches and delivery variation
• dentification and mediation of execution disputes
• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO's strategy. Responsibilities, services and deliverables.
• Establish frameworks and standards for programme and project management and compile project related financial and KPI information.
• maintain a central risk log for respectively aligned functions, and track risk reported to mitigation, or escalation to the project sponsor and respective committee as required
• Coordinate project closure and Post Implementation Reviews and centralize outputs for future reference.
• Facilitate and support project level meetings as required.
• Provide guidance and development to project resource where required
• Track centrally recorded milestone data and triage, escalate where variation materializes.
• Identify and drive the continuous improvement of the PMO function, policies, procedures.
• Preparation of Committee reporting materials (production, circulation, alignment and submission)
