Plant Finance Controller - Dubai

We’re hiring a Plant Finance Controller to lead the finance and accounting function for a Pulses business vertical in Dubai. This is a hands-on role suited to a finance professional who thrives in manufacturing or processing environments and can take ownership of MIS, profitability analysis, and working capital management for a production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present MIS and plant profitability reports to management on a regular basis.
• Drive cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage working capital to optimize cash flow.
• Oversee AP/AR, month-end closing, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financials.
• Ensure compliance, coordinate audits, and maintain internal controls across plant operations.
What we’re looking for:
• CA Inter / CMA with 4–5 years’ experience, ideally within manufacturing or food processing.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX/D365) or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Prior Gulf region and agri-commodity experience is mandatory.
Note: Gulf region and agro-commodity experience is required.
