Plant and Landscape maintenance supervisor - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our indoor and outdoor plant maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians and gardeners to ensure high quality service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Supervise daily maintenance activities for plants and landscaping. • Manage and assign schedules for indoor and outdoor teams. • Ensure proper irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and pest control. • Conduct site inspections and maintain service standards. • Train and guide maintenance staff. • Handle client feedback and ensure timely issue resolution. • Monitor inventory and maintenance materials.

Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plant or landscape maintenance supervision. • Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor plant care. • Leadership and team management skills. • Valid UAE driving license preferred. • Good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
