Job Description:

The role will include onboarding new customers for Personal Loan. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls
• Managing loan renewals by organizing follow-up meeting with clients.
• Present and sell all Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in Retail Banking Sales or related field
• Ability to identify potential Customers
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong verbal/written communication skills

Qualification: Any graduate
