Enrollme HR Consultancy in Dubai, a trusted recruitment agency specializing in Emiratisation and expat hiring, is seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive for one of its clients—a leading supplier in the building materials and ceramics industry. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the UAE construction market and established client networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and project clients to drive business growth.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of ceramics, tiles, and sanitaryware products across the UAE market.
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert potential clients into long-term customers.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations and quotations tailored to customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth order processing.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on market developments.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in ceramics, tiles, or sanitaryware within the UAE.
• Proven network with contractors, consultants, and project clients.
• A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
• Familiarity with the UAE construction and interiors industry is an advantage.
