Economic Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for B. Com graduates who have a strong administrative background and are looking to grow in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee driver operations efficiently.
• Support general administrative tasks and ensure smooth office functioning.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across teams.
• Prepare and manage documents using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interact effectively in Hindi/Urdu as it is mandatory for this role.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com General).
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management systems.
