Proficient in monitoring and troubleshooting the Network / Link in case of any breakdown.

Configuration, Installation and Troubleshooting of all IT equipment:- Router, Switch, Computer, Printer, Scanner.
Troubleshooting of Computers, Printers, Network, Outlook and All software related issue.

Installation and configuration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WDS and Server 2008 & 2010.

Installation and configuration of Exchange Server 2007 and managing the mail box.
