Network Engineer - Dubai

Platinum Incorporated Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and deployment of enterprise-level network solutions, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient systems across diverse client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, deployment, and integration of advanced enterprise networking solutions.
• Configure and optimize Cisco network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless systems.
• Implement HP Aruba networking solutions along with ClearPass for network access control.
• Strengthen cybersecurity by deploying and managing Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto Networks platforms.
• Engage in pre-sales technical consultations, develop solution architectures, and oversee project execution.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot network equipment, delivering seamless knowledge transfer to client IT teams.
• Ensure smooth project handovers while adhering to industry-standard security protocols.
• Conduct performance optimization and troubleshooting throughout warranty support periods.
• Develop detailed network diagrams, configuration manuals, and operational process documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of proven hands-on network engineering experience in system integration projects.
• Advanced skills with Cisco technologies including switching, routing, and wireless.
• Proficiency in HP Aruba networking and ClearPass implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong foundation in network security design and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience in multi-site deployments, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, VPNs, QoS.
• Knowledge of wireless networking standards, security frameworks, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud networking, SD-WAN, automation, and API integrations.
