• Skills: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple admin workflows reliably.
HR Assistant
• Core duties: Make candidate outreach calls, schedule and coordinate interviews, pre-qualify applicants over the phone, and maintain interview logs.
• Training: On-the-job training will be provided for recruitment processes.
• Skills: Confident telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills, reliable follow-up, and the ability to assess candidate fit efficiently.
Receptionist
• Preferred experience: Prior exposure to the real estate sector is an advantage.
• Core duties: Greet and welcome visitors professionally, handle incoming calls, manage basic enquiries and direct visitors or calls to the relevant team members.
