Mechanical Technician - Abu Dhabi

Emirates Juice Factory L.L.C. is a new established Factory for Juice & Dairy production in UAE/ Abu Dhabi.
The Candidacy should have an experience working as a Mechanical Technician.
1. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
2. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
3. Keeps equipment’s in operation by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
4. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
5. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
6. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
7. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
8. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
Job Description Candidate should have at least 2-5 years professional experience, working as an Electro Mechanical Technician.
English literacy.
Education: Diploma or BSC in Electrical/Mechanical related science.
