• A result-driven professional with a progressive experience of more than seven years in Quality Management
with an extensive focus on the Piping/Manufacturing Engineering, project planning, design, and team
management verticals
• Outstanding working knowledge of manufacturing product development life cycle in all phases of custom
product solutions delivery and handling entire technical projects, with interfacing with the quality; skilled in

• In-depth understanding of performing in-process activities such as line clearance, In-process checks, AQL checks,
and collection of samples; good at ISO 9001:2015 system documentation and familiar with applicable rules
and codes with ISO 9001:2015
• Deft in 5S, 7 QC Tools, CAPA activities, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing planning implementation,
audits, results follow up and handling overall management; proficient in the preparation of clear and concise
written technical reports also expertise in implementing various manufacturing standards & codes
• In-depth knowledge in performing entire inspection and tests of the scope and character necessary to achieve
the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works with well-versed in
monitoring the effectiveness of all quality inspection
• Excellent track record devising, evaluating, and implementing continuous process improvements to minimize
waste and reduce costs while maximizing quality and yield
