We are building a unique offering for the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme), and we are looking for passionate educators/mentors to join us in shaping this product.

Role Overview
As an IBDP Academic Specialist, you will work directly with the Founder and Product Team to design, refine, and deliver Mentor Match’s IBDP offering. Your primary focus will be on developing the product experience that ensures students receive high-quality, structured, and personalized academic support.
This is a hybrid role that blends academic expertise, curriculum design, and product development.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Collaborate with the Founder and product team to build a structured IBDP tutoring framework, lesson templates, and learning pathways.
Curriculum Expertise: Ensure the product aligns with the IB curriculum requirements across subjects and develops students’ skills in line with IB assessment standards.
Quality Assurance: Design and implement processes to maintain high teaching quality, training standards for mentors, and academic outcomes for students.
Student Success: Identify common student pain points in IBDP and work with the team to create targeted solutions (study resources, revision strategies, assessment prep).
Mentor Enablement: Support recruitment and training of IBDP tutors to deliver consistently excellent sessions.
Feedback Loop: Gather student and parent feedback to continuously refine the IBDP product offering.
