Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at Siella Beauty, your role will be instrumental in shaping and

promoting our brand's image and products. You will be responsible for the following key

tasks and requirements:

Copywriting: You will be expected to create compelling and on-brand copy for various

marketing materials in both English & Arabic based on Siella Beauty's requirements.

Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging content for Siella Beauty's social

media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. This includes creating

content calendars, crafting captivating captions, incorporating relevant hashtags, and

adapting to trends and sounds. You will utilize visuals from the brand's library and work

closely with our designer to create additional visuals when needed.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns on

platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google to enhance Siella

Beauty's online presence and drive conversions.

Performance Tracking: Generate monthly performance reports to evaluate the

effectiveness of marketing efforts. Discuss these reports with the operations manager

and managing director to refine marketing strategies.

Community Management: Engage with our online community during scheduled hours,

responding to comments, inquiries, and fostering positive interactions.

E-commerce Content Updates: Regularly update e-commerce content, including

banners and highlighting bestsellers, based on occasions and product focus. Ensure that

the online store reflects the latest offerings and promotions.

Email Marketing: Send out newsletters to customers to inform them about discounts,

product launches, and the latest news. Additionally, create look books and product

recommendations on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to engage and excite our subscribers.

Retailer Coordination: Collaborate with our retail partners to plan and execute

marketing campaigns, activations, and discounts, ensuring a cohesive brand message.

Mood Board Creation: Develop mood boards to guide product and model photoshoots.

Participate actively in on-set execution and manage post-production in collaboration

with videographers and photographers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in copywriting and content creation, preferably in the beauty

or fashion industry.

• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, with a keen

understanding of trends and user behavior.

• Strong digital marketing skills, including campaign creation and management on

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.

• Excellent communication and community management skills.

• Fair understanding with e-commerce content management and email marketing.

• Collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate with retail partners

effectively.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to communicate in both English & Arabic is a must.
