Currently hiring for Business Development Manager with Home Health care experience to join our team.
The applicant should have experience in Business Development, especially in the Home Healthcare field in UAE.
This position requires a person who is highly motivated, results-driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with system and non-system physician practices and hospitals to support clinical relationships with our healthcare facility through face-to-face meetings, consistent and timely follow-ups to questions and inquiries about our healthcare’s portfolio of services.
• Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
• Prospect, identify, qualify, quantify and prioritize all potential referral sources in the assigned territory
• Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources
• Identify new business development opportunities in strategically defined territories, markets, and segments with the purpose of strengthening care coordination of clinical services and with the purpose of building comprehensive strategies that address consumer needs.
• Represent our healthcare facility by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally, using our system for contact generation, follow-up, and tracking to ensure client’s needs are appropriately supported.

To qualify, you must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing or Business Administration or Healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.
• A good network of contacts with Hospitals, Home Healthcare, Corporate companies, Medical Centers, Wellness centers, Day surgery Hospitals and Hotels in the UAE.
* minimum two (2) years experience in Dubai, UAE.
* Preferable Arabic speaking
• Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
