The leading Real Estate & Advisory firm based in Dubai with over 14 years experience in the market is hiring leasing manager for full time job.

We are looking for ambitious & efficient candidate with minimum 2 years of experience on administrative position, preferably with real estate market knowledge as well as being able to:

Manage day-to-day operations of leasing department and ensure maximum optimization of the team
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
Coordinate with clients, owners & teams to resolve daily issues and inquiries
Keep attuned of the latest UAE law regulation, leasing policies and procedures

Candidate must have:

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Possess strong leadership and decision making qualities
Excellent organisational skills
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Poised under pressure
Honest
Proven experience on administrative position, preferably in UAE
Preferably holder of UAE driving license
