As the Learning & Development Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
• Acting as a subject matter expert in the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
• Facilitating onboarding programs for new hires as well as ongoing professional development for existing team members.
• Developing engaging, blended learning content that aligns with Aspire Lifestyles’ brand values and standards.
• Supporting audits, compliance requirements, and global training initiatives.
• Measuring training effectiveness and celebrating achievements to encourage a culture of continuous learning.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
• A genuine passion for people development and continuous improvement.
• Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with innovative approaches to adult learning.
• The ability to deliver impactful training in both English and Arabic.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability in a dynamic, global work environment.
