Hiring Junior Finance Accountant
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Junior Finance Accountant with experience in trading or within a group of companies in the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of VAT, tax regulations, basic knowledge of corporate tax, and experience in tax return filing. A minimum of 2-3 years of UAE experience is required. Proficiency in Arabic reading and comprehension is advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with Oracle software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in financial accounting and reporting tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Support in corporate tax matters and assist in tax return filings.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.
• Provide support during audits
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Experience in trading or group of companies preferred.
• Candidates with a background in audit firms are preferred.
• Knowledge of VAT, tax regulations, and corporate tax.
• Ability to read and understand Arabic is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Oracle software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
