IT Systems Engineer Required in Dubai

In charge of Server Maintenance, Monitoring and Service Management.
Oversee IT Hardware & Software Inventory and IT License Ledger.
Manage Windows AD users, permissions and other company IT credentials.
Conduct Software Installations such as Antivirus, Office 365, Firewall, Internet Configuration and Software Patches to ensure maintenance of servers and workstations.
Provide Level 1 IT support to internal office staff as required.
Update IT Usage, Security Policies and Procedure.
Ensure complete backup and recovery of servers and workstations are always readily available.
Review and Monitor IT Security activities.
Manage Data Incident Detection, Response and Remediation Activity.
Provide continuous training to employees on IT Tools and IT security.
Communicate with IT Vendors for RFQ, product purchases and warranty support.
Support in JIRA Integration and Ticketing tool for issue management.
Update WordPress contents of FAQ website, company websites.
Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
Mobile app testing and bug report.
Expected to take ownership of issues and follow them through to completion.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum 5+ Years’ experience as IT Engineer / IT Systems Engineer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Technology or a similar field.
Good communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
Knowledgeable on the following areas / systems:
Database and Networking Security Systems
Computer Hardware and Software Systems
IT Project Management
JIRA Ticketing Tool
WordPress
Testing of Mobile Application on Android and IOS Software
Cloud Tool (One Drive / Box)
FirstBit
Anydesk
BOSCH Access Control System
API Integration for Projects (Preferable)
ISO 27001 (Preferable)
