Yango is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible for office operations and supporting company employees on issues related to IT equipment and technology. Apply if you have strong computer skills, experience working with Service Desk.

Responsibilities:

• Handle requests in the registration system

• Register customer requests in the incident management system

• Run primary diagnostics and classify customer requests

• Come up with solutions to customer requests (incidents and consultation requests)

• Route customer requests to the appropriate support group following primary diagnostics and categorization

• Add required information to customer requests

• Transfer requests to partners

• Get feedback from customers on completed requests via centralized information systems

• Teach customers how to solve typical problems independently and use centralized information systems

• Search for new partners/providers and suppliers of IT equipment (IT installation during launches; finding providers for new locations, monitoring leftover equipment, purchasing additional equipment, maintaining existing facilities)

• Create technical solutions to emerging problems and challenges in the local market

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills

• Experience working with a request registration system and Service Desk

• High energy, strong social skills, and dedication

• Phone communication skills

• Understanding of modern IT technologies
