IT Support Officer Required in Dubai

Provide first point of IT Support contact for all employees
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Assist employees or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required
Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science
Must have an experience in providing IT Technical Support, Office 365 management, System troubleshooting, System upgrades, LAN line / mobile / hardware support, Windows AD, Firewall / Wi-Fi / servers, and Supporting ERP system
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
