You will be part of PR & Communications Agency who is going through significant growth

(Team of 60)

We are following the Microsoft Modern Workplace strategy where all of our services are cloud based.

We have Microsoft 365 – E3 licensing, and we use Intune to manage our devices and security.

· Support and maintenance of local client workstations

o Majority Windows 10, some MacOS & Office 365 / Teams / OneDrive

o Break-fix / day to day support

o Manage laptop lifecycle – system resets upon reallocation, etc

· Support and maintenance of other local hardware

o Network Infrastructure

o Printers

o AV

o PBX / Phones

· Admin / Documentation, etc

o Maintain an up-to-date Detailed Network Diagram

o Maintain the asset list with allocation, warranty details

o Do you want to include Mobiles, etc?

Salary:

IT Support Executive: AED 8k – 13k

IT Support Manager: AED 16k – 18k
