IT Services Technician Required in Dubai

We're looking for a candidate to fill a position of IT Customer Service to our locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the best candidate should have the following:

Good Customer Service and Communications Skills.
Basic Knowledge and experience of Cisco Networking Products (Routing, Switching, VOIP).
Basic Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems (Active Directory, Shared Folders and Backup).
Experience of Providing Managed Services for clients and employees (IT Support, and IT Services and products)
Good communications skills, and customer facing experience.

Languages: English (Fluent), Arabic Speaker (must)

Certificates: CCNA (must), CCNP (preferrable), MCSE (preferrable)
