Key Responsibilities:

Post job advertisements on various channels
Sourcing quality candidates to fulfill out talent requirements
Perform in an environment of collaborative teamwork with the goal of delivering top candidates
Arranging Interviews and Oversee/schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams
Recruits senior IT profiles, with focus on functional expertise
Lead the recruitment process (interviews, continual communication with candidates)
Communication with hiring managers in order to fully understand vacancy requirements
Establish strategy in order to deliver suitable candidates on time
Create new innovative recruitment solutions
Build pipeline of candidates based on pre-defined requisitions
Keep in touch and handling relations with agencies
Prepare ad-hoc reports and summaries

Qualifications for IT recruiter:

3+ years of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting
Sourcing and recruiting experience for Software startup with a high hiring bar
Experience in sourcing for a range of candidates through multiple channels
Must have the ability to build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates to provide a high level of client and candidate service
Ability to partner with key decision makers in a matrixed environment
Making sure the candidates meet our (very) high bar in terms of skills and culture
Representing the company with integrity and professionalism
Being creative along with us, to help build the most interesting recruiting team and strategy
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication skills

Excellent English, Russian languages

About the Role:

Location: Dubai, Business Bay, Opus Tower

Working Time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday (Saturday if needed)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits:

We offer competitive salary based on a candidate experience.

The Employee will be entitled to 30 calendar days paid leave per year which is convertible to a cash equivalent to 30 day’s salary if not used.

As a company policy, Splash will provide a round trip airline ticket to home-country once a year or a cash amounting to AED 2,500.

The employee will be entitled to the company’s medical insurance in line with the company’s policy.

Salary may increase by up to 5 to 20% annually - Based on your performance and after company evaluation.
