We are currently looking for a talented IT OT Security SME For Rail Networks to join our team in Dubai !!

Responsabilities:

• Establish enterprise-wide information-security program;

• Oversee companywide efforts to identify and evaluate all critical systems.

• Design and implement security processes and procedures and perform cost benefit analysis

• Collaborate with external auditors to conduct in-depth compliance audits and penetration testing, presenting results to senior management.

• Develop curricula and facilitate awareness training.

• Instrumental in developing and implementing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP & DRP) Plans for corporate sites throughout

• Highly conversant with NIST 800-82, ISO 27001, IEC62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 80030, IEC 61508.

• ICS Cybersecurity Management System including Access. Asset, Data, Emergency Response; Conversant with Industrial products from Rockwell, Emerson, Honeywell etc.

• Spearheaded creation of four new information-security departments: Risk Assessment and Security Engineering services.

• Hand selected employees from Information Technology department to build Risk Assessment Team charged with analyzing all critical systems, developing reports to document system vulnerabilities, and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Created company policies and procedures governing corporate security, email and Internet usage, access control, and incident response.

Requirements:

To succeed at this job, you must have:

• OT Cybersecurity design based on various frameworks like NIST 800-53, 800-82, ISO 27001, Local frameworks like NESA, NIA etc.

• Design / Evaluate SIEM Solutions like QRadar, Splunk, OT Use cases for SIEM which are relevant for SOC operations. Log aggregation in Data lakes for Correlation by SIEM solution.

• Nozomi IDS for OT asset discovery, security, network discovery, vulnerability assessment of OT assets, integration with perimeter firewalls like Fortinet, Palo Alto for integrated security.

• Review and Evaluate various Managed SOC operations and Operators for selecting the best and cost-effective solution to implement SOC operations within agreed time frame.

• Interface between Rail Contractor and Rail Operator to ensure smooth handover of Rail systems and cybersecurity controls by reviewing Design, Operational manuals, Interface documents.

• Review Design and other related documents by Rail operators to ensure all policies and procedures are in place for managing Rail and Tram Security. Policies include but not limiting to Incident Management, User Access Management, Internal Audit policy, Patch and Antivirus management, OT Asset management.

• Conduct Audit’s based on SCDL Framework for Rail Network Creation of RFP’s & RFI’s for tendering Cybersecurity initiatives

You must be fluent in English.

You must have a Degree in Computer, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
