Requirement:

Coordinate and manage sector resources for execution of IT Operational Plan

Controls and monitor IT internal and external (PMO, TDRA) KPI’s (strategic, sector departmental

Budget control and monitoring

Manages & follows DIT Procurement including, o PR’s, PO’s

RFQ & RFP’s

Assists DIT Executive Director and Department Heads on vendor management o Contractual origination, followup and closure

Invoice follow-up

Payment follow-up

Regular QA monitoring (milestones, SLA’s)

Coordinates, manages and monitors DIT sector operational resource plan including, o Outsourced Resources performance review

Outsourced Resources TimeSheets

GPSSA Resources leave & holidays plan

Supports the sector in prioritizing the department programs and projects, allocating budgets, planning and monitoring process, evaluates implementation and suggests next course of actions required for optimization and proper performance

Provides support required to revamp and maintain the reporting process that include the content, periodical, format and accountabilities aiming at communicating the required information on timely manner to support decision-making process

Ensure the implementation of federal government excellence system and develop the system of corporate excellence and related corporate documents
