About the Client:

Job Description:

Act as the customer liaison to Engineering, Sales, and Field Engineer teams
Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to the Service Delivery Manager
Be a part of the on-call rotation for the assigned product team
Installation, configuration and support for software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customers and partner’s site
Provide technical support (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support)
Troubleshoot incidents, debug, and provide problem analysis
Deliver technical trainings and presentations to partners, customers, and internal departments
Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices
Monitor network performance and integrity infrastructure

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field
At least 6 years’ experience in a technical support role
Must have valid UAE driver’s license
