Enterprise Sales Manager
Responsibilities
• Prospect and qualify existing and/or potential customers, within an assigned territory
• Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level, using the latest sales qualification methodology
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with client decision-makers including maintaining a sales strategy based on customer’s requirements
• Keeps records and generates reports on all phases of activities, including Account Plans and forecasts
• Accurately forecasts all territory businesses utilizing CRM
• Experience in people management
• Experience in conducting online product demonstrations as needed
• Submit accurate forecasts on time
• Follow-up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing
• Experience in carrying a quota of $ 850k - $ 1 Million
Requirements
• University degree/business/engineering school or similar tertiary qualification
• Selling ICT solutions to government/commercial clients
• Comfortable in contract negotiation, deal forecasting and articulating the organization’s capabilities to customers
• Strong business acumen and work independently
• Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity
• Be a creative thinker, and problem solver, and possess a winning attitude
• Knowledge of UEM / MDM – VMware Workspace One / Air watch, MobileIron, Microsoft Intune and IBM MaaS 360 product and SAAS product – Microsoft O365 will be advantage
• Experience in VDI solutions like VMware Horizon, Citrix, Amazon Workspaces and Microsoft WVD
• Experience in Cybersecurity solutions and services
o VAPT
o EDR selling and knowledge of the below-mentioned products
-Crowd strike
-BlackBerry Cylance
-Carbon Black
o Email security solutions and services
• Experience in infrastructure and networking managed services
o Microsoft Azure
o AWS
Target / Quota
• Achievement of quota for last 8 quarters
• Currently carrying a revenue quota between $ 1 – $ 2 Million and gross margin of $ 400K - $ 600k range
Language:
• Fluent in English
