- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources.

- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions

- Build, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware enhancements, application deployment and infrastructure up-grades.

- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.

- Windows active Directory users and computer management.

- Configuring and managing switches, router, firewall.

- Creating groups, users and assigning share permissions.

- Configuring password policy on user accounts to achieve secure network environment.

- Managing and configuring all Anti-viruses updates on the client’s systems.

- Configuring VLAN in distribution and access layer switches.

- Managing the physical network infrastructure, including wired and wireless local area network.

- Managing VPN connection between overseas branches.

- Protecting network system against network and application level attacks, securing organizations against intrusion attempts, malware, Trojans, DoS, DDoS attacks, malicious code transmission, backdoor activity and blended threats.

- Secure Websites and web based applications in organizations against attacks such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), URL parameter tampering, session hijacking.

- Provide either on-site or remote support to users.

- Secure remote access, ensuring secure endpoints and network with its threats-free tunneling.

- Installing and configuring video management software VMS.

- Maintain network facilities in individual machines such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

- Managing shared resources and shortage space.

- QoS / Bandwidth Management user base & Network base.

- Assists in maintaining the network and system documentation including hardware/software configurations, support logs and other related technical information.
