We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking information/reporting lead to join our established and growing team in UAE.

The role is required for major development in Dubai. The role will have standalone accountability for the reporting function designated performance of a large project or programme or of multiple projects concurrently.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Managing the reporting team on a project or subsets of the reporting practice within Mace.
Building a strong relationship with the client and meeting their expectations.
Overseeing the design or development of PDMS and working with clients to agree with requirements.
Developing the forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information.
Coordinating with the production and distribution of key monthly reports.
Establishing and maintaining the weekly and monthly reporting calendar.
Managing the assembly of the PMC steering committee presentation.
Attending monthly governance progress review meetings with the PWA.
Educating PMC staff and the supply chain on the PMC reporting requirements as and when required.
Working with the PWA to define and establish requirements and design programme reports.
Managing the input and production of key monthly/quarterly reports.
Outlining the executive summary of the programme's monthly report.
Reviewing and editing reports for quality.
Attending project review meetings where appropriate and challenging project status.
Managing the interface between PMC and PWA reporting formats.
Coordinating with sub-programme and project teams to monitor sub-programme/project level reporting.
Notifying staff of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Managing the staff of technical editors and database specialists to ensure the quality and efficiency of programme controls reporting.

With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
