Information Technology Specialist Required in Dubai

The IT specialist is responsible for providing technical support to BackOffice users in various business applications.

Responsibilities

Inspect PC equipment and install hardware and peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, printers and drives at the user's premises.
Ensure continuous and consistent maintenance and updates of the group's Active Directory
Install and configure specific software packages such as operating systems, business applications, and other office tools, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
Provides onsite and remote support for user inquiries related to network, operating system, system hardware diagnostics, software and operator issues
Initiate applications trouble shooting for business applications, point of sale…
Initiate systems/network troubleshooting and monitoring and ensure that defective components are replaced as needed
Manage the reported requests and incidents on the service desk system, and provide updates, status and completion information

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
2-4 years of experience in a similar field
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hardware applications.
