Supporting Co. for digital transformation and for Implementing new holistic IT strategies, innovative ideas and creativity that will optimize the information system of the organization by utilizing my technical and management skills. To make sure IT is aligned to the overall vision for the business and to accomplish the desired management result.

AUTHORITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Responsible for managing the entire IT Operations for Co.

2. responsible for ERP Implementations, Administration, Maintenance, support and Improvements for Microsoft Dynamics

365 ERP Solutions.

3. Managing the IT systems and infrastructure and ensuring systems uptime 24/7.

4. Shareholders and stakeholders management and reporting.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading the Organization level IT planning, operations implementing, administering monitoring and reporting of all IT business applications and infrastructure, which includes IT solutions / Services hosted on premise.
Leads the design of the IT Application & Infrastructure process structure and streamlines IT processes, eliminates redundancy and ensuring compliance.
Responsible for creating long term IT Strategies, policies and procedures and defining IT roadmap aligned with business visions.
Establish strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Monitoring day-to-day IT operations of Production Environments. Develop and implement a strategy to ensure operational service levels are met or exceeded.
Database Management and performance tuning for the IT Applications
Responsible for developing and implementing project management methodologies to ensure IT projects are delivered on time, scope, within budget, adhere to standards and meet management expectations.
Planning and Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and developing strategies for leveraging standard functionality to meet and support business objectives.
Responsible for architecting software designs as per the business requirements and user needs.
Managing & resolving end users and stakeholders ERP queries for the Functional, technical and infra related issues.
Responsible for Implementation. Managing and improvements of SharePoint document management systems.
Responsible for Implementation. Managing and improvements of VMware IT infrastructure.
Administering the Microsoft Dynamics LCS by deploying Development, SAT and Production Environments & point of contact for Microsoft related issues, hot fixing and support cases.
Managing the entire IT securities for IT infrastructure, application and emails.
