Human Resources Supervisor Required in Dubai

Job Requirement:

•Responsible for PRO duties

•Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.

•Initiate and process employment requisitions, develop and edit departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements and position advertisements.

•Develop and maintain confidential departmental colleague files, documents and databases.

•Coordinate colleague recruitment process, as appropriate, consistent and complete

•Coordinate colleague relation functions, monitor colleague performance appraisal completions and track annual and sick leave accruals.

•Prepare and complete the monthly Human Resources report and other statistical reports.

•Overlook the staff accommodation fully and handling the accommodation related matters.

•Conducting Trainings , Orientations for New Joiners, Onboarding and Off Boarding formalities.

•Organizing Staff Events , gatherings and Staff Outing programs as instructed by GM.

The candidate should be/have:

•Minimum 3 years experience in hotels and as PRO

•Fluent in Arabic will be and advantage

•Proficiency in using computerized payroll system

•Knowledge of HR Software's Pay Roll Software etc.

•Only candidates based in the UAE will be considered
