World leading luxury yacht company is looking for HR specialist in Dubai.

Job description:

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for recruitment process in Dubai to hire people for the shipyard, for production of luxury catamarans made from composite. This person will assist also in tests during recruitment process to check skills of candidates. Also this person will prepare documents and contracts for our employees.

What might fall into a set of your responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on the HR field, upgrade your skills and work along with Management Team.

Supporting and advising line managers with resourcing and developing business partnerships to ensure proactive solutions

Managing end-to-end recruitment projects (from authorization to the on-boarding of the successful candidate)

Screening applications and tracking profiles in recruitment system, candidates' selection, scheduling & conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates and supporting managers in hiring decision

Promoting internal mobility opportunities and HR initiatives within the organization

Writing job adverts aimed at attracting talents

Liaising with external recruitment service providers

Ensuring all recruitment paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics

Requirements:

We are looking for person who has experience in recruitment and HR in Dubai.

5 years of experience in projects and recruitment

Knowledge from maritime industry would be additional advantage.

Knowledge from UAE legal law would be additional advantage.

Easy going disposition

Networking skills

Attention to detail in vetting candidates and picking the best CVs

Ability to assess if a candidate is a good fit during interview - both in terms of skills and company culture

Experience in creating and coordinating HR processes which support quick scaling up of the company

Fluent English
