To build and lead the HR department, the HR manager partners with senior leadership to advise on best practice techniques to drive performance, productivity, and employee engagement.

Requirement:

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Proven record in HR department development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, drafting official memos and policies.
Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
Preferred Female candidates of Arabic nationality. (This to match the HR diversity target of the company)
# Salary Range – AED 8,000.00 to AED 12,000.00
